Masked Man With Crowbar At Car Wash: Doylestown Police Activity

Central Bucks Regional Police reported the following recent incidents:

Feb. 18

Thee Maple Avenue residents reported thefts, including $216 cash, a cell phone charger, and AT&T Mobile hotspot.

Feb. 19

A 29-year-old woman was charged with theft by deception and receiving stolen property after police said she wrote $400 worth of checks to Bridal Hair Boutique from a closed account.

Feb. 21

A man stole three bottles of tequila from the Wine & Spirits store without paying. The items are valued at $117. The suspect is described as black male with dreadlocks who was wearing grey sweatshirt and grey pants.

Feb. 22

Two people were cited for disorderly conduct for public urination in Doylestown Borough.

Feb. 24

A theft was reported on Maple Avenue. An unknown person stole Airpods, valued at $129.

Feb. 25

Someone broke into the coin box at the Doylestown Car Spa, causing over $11,000 in damage using a crowbar to access coins. The suspect is described as a large-build man, who was wearing dark clothes, including a hooded sweatshirt, and a black mask covering his face. Feb. 26

Someone defaced the fresh cement sidewalk in front of Nejad Gallery with the names Tyler, Alena, and Allanna. Replacement cost is $3,000.

Feb. 28

A Chalfont woman was arrested for public drunkenness after she refused to leave the Amber Inn.

Feb. 29

A 70-year-old man was arrested for criminal mischief after police said he poured paint thinner into a victim's gas tank in November.

A 47-year-old woman was charged with criminal mischief and harassment after police said she destroyed a victim's televisions and game system, as well as smashed a window.
