1. DA Escalates Lawsuit Against Bucks Co. Slumlords With Amended Complaint (patch.com) — Doylestown-based Bucks County prosecutors are intensifying their consumer protection lawsuit against R&R Enterprises, seeking a decade of financial and operational records tied to an unsafe Dublin rooming house. With 13 former tenants now identified as victims, District Attorney Joe Khan aims to trace where rental income and aid money went so displaced residents can be compensated and move forward.
   

2. Temple Judea Gathered At Lake Galena To Cast Off Their Regrets (patch.com) — Members of Temple Judea of Bucks County marked Rosh Hashanah by gathering at Lake Galena in nearby Peace Valley Park to symbolically cast off their regrets and hear the shofar. The Reform synagogue, based on Rogers Road in Doylestown Township, invited the community to learn more about its services and holiday observances as the Jewish New Year 5787 began.
   

3. Bickmore, Garcia Sprint To Victory At 2026 Bucks County Classic (patch.com) — Cyclists and spectators packed Doylestown Borough's streets as the 22nd Bucks County Classic brought high-speed racing, community rides, and kids events to town. Marlies Mejias Garcia and Cade Bickmore captured the top pro podiums on the challenging 1.4-mile course, highlighting Doylestown's status as a nationally recognized, bike-friendly small town supported by numerous local sponsors.
   

4. Senator Steve Santarsiero and Representative Tim Brennan Announce Almost $3,000,000 in Grants for Doylestown, New Hope Area (pasenate.com) — Nearly $3 million in state grants will fund key projects in Doylestown and nearby towns, including a new courier van for Doylestown Hospital, upgrades at Moravian Tile Works and American Legion Post 210, and revitalization of the Doylestown Y skatepark. Doylestown Borough and Township police will also receive new radios and a drone, while neighboring communities gain improved fire, library, and educational facilities.
   

5. Doylestown Brings Third Fall Concert to Borough Park on Thursday (tapinto.net) — Doylestown Borough is hosting a free fall concert at Broad Commons Park this Thursday evening, featuring Philadelphia singer-songwriter Dylan Zangwill from America's Got Talent. Running 6:30–9:30 p.m., the show includes food trucks and offerings from local bars and restaurants, with full details available on the borough's website.
