Polish-American Festival Returns to Czestochowa
The annual Polish-American Family Festival is the main fundraiser for the National Shrine of Our Lady of Czestochowa.
Polka music and the aroma of sauerkraut will fill the air this weekend at the 47th annual Polish-American Family Festival and Country Fair at the north of Doylestown.
The festival, which runs Sept. 1, 2, 3 and 8 and 9, will be open from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m.
About 25,000 people have come in recent years to celebrate Polish heritage, check out musical acts and traditional dancing, as well as savor the tastes of Polish dishes and beer.

A Polish village and market and rides for kids of all ages complete the festivities.
Parking is free; admission is $10 per person.
