Pennsylvania State Police are seeking a 58-year-old man in Bucks County who they say failed to update his Megan’s Law registration.
Mark Allen Kutnyak, 58, is a “Megan’s Law Fugitive,” Pennsylvania State Police said.
The Tinicum Township Police Department has a warrant for failure to comply with registration requirements for Kutnyak, State Police said.

Pennsylvania’s Megan’s Law requires the State Police to create and maintain a registry of residents who have either been convicted of, entered a plea of guilty to, or have been adjudicated delinquent of certain sexual offenses.
