In addition to the keynote speaker, DelVal faculty and staff will provide workshops. The schedule features multiple breakout session options and networking opportunities.
“As a woman, there is a certain kind of strength and innovation that you have that is unmatched!" Deborah said, according to a news release about the summit. "Simply break the mold of what women are seen to be capable of. The way the world thinks does not always mean that is what is destined for you. It is time to stand up, create a vision for your life, develop the plan, create solutions and opportunities, and change this world one community at a time in your own innovative way!”
