Work Progressing On 333 North Broad Street In Doylestown Borough

The development will bring 10,000 square feet of retail to the North Broad Street corridor and more than 200 luxury apartments.

DOYLESTOWN BOROUGH, PA — The massive $77 million Cornerstone Tracey mixed-use development project continues to take shape at 333 North Broad Street at the former site of the Doylestown Intelligencer.

When completed, the multiple-building complex will house 232 market-rate Class A apartment units, a pool, a rooftop terrace and bar, 10,000-square-feet of first-floor retail space, and 432 on site parking spaces.

Amenities at Doylestown’s newest apartment complex will include two interior courtyards with outdoor kitchen and pool, a fitness center with spin and yoga rooms, a hammock garden, golf and sports simulator, game lounge TV, on-site parking, and easy access to Doylestown Borough’s Broad Commons Park located across Atkinson Drive.

The Buzzuto Group, which will be managing the property when complete, is using the tagline, “Historic Charm Meets Modern Living” to market the luxury apartments.

“Our architectural vision seamlessly blends the historical charm of downtown Doylestown with stylish, modern influences, creating a unique and inviting atmosphere,” reads the Buzzoto website. “Come experience the perfect balance of tradition and contemporary living in our vibrant
community.”

The project is designed by Bernardon and is being developed by Cornerstone Tracey, a Villanova-based real estate development company in partnership with EKahn Development.
