• Franklin Park police getting new multipurpose police vehicle (triblive.com) — Franklin Park residents will soon see a new multipurpose police vehicle on local streets, fully funded by a $102,698 state grant with no added cost to taxpayers. The Ford F-150 Police Responder will carry traffic-control and crash-investigation gear and support the department's new resident-funded drone, enhancing search-and-rescue, crash documentation, and emergency responses in and around the borough.
