$700-Plus In Items Stolen From Havertown Grocery Store: Police
Haverford Police issued another theft report from the Havertown Giant grocery store. In this instance, more than $700 in items were taken.
HAVERFORD TOWNSHIP, PA — Several hundred dollars worth of items were stolen from a Havertown grocery store, Haverford Police said.
The theft occurred at about 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday, March 8 at the Giant Food Store, 116 W. Township Line Road.
Police said the man seen here put a $708.91 worth of health and beauty products — including contact lens products, Flonase, and vitamins — into numerous reusable bags.

The man then left the store without stopping at any checkout aisles, police said.
Police said he left the area on foot, heading across U.S. Route 1 into the neighborhood.
