ATM Skimmer, Identity Theft, Vandalism, More: Haverford Crime Blotter
Police said customers of Fulton Bank had their information stolen by a card skimmer on the bank's ATM. See details on this and more here.
HAVERFORD TOWNSHIP, PA — Police in Haverford Township issued their weekly crime blotter Wednesday.
Incidents in the blotter occurred between Nov. 9 and Nov. 15.
The blotter also includes arrests made and citations issued.

- Criminal Mischief at Holly House Apartments, unit block of West Eagle Road, on Nov. 9 at 8:07 p.m. – Victim reported scratches on her vehicle windshield, damage to her spare tire cover and trash thrown on the vehicle.
- Vandalism at the 1600 block of Rose Glen Road on Nov. 9 at 8:49 a.m. – Victim reported numerous dents on the side of his vehicle.
- Retail Theft at Getty Gas Station, 500 block of Lancaster Avenue, on Nov. 10 at 5:06 p.m. – Two subjects stole 20 vape pens and fled.
- Theft at Fulton Bank, 1200 block of West Township Line Road, on Nov. 10 at 11:25 a.m. – The Supervisor reported that several customers' information was taken from a skimming device that was installed in the ATM.
- Theft at the 800 block of North Eagle Road on Nov. 10 at 5:52 p.m. – An unsecured scooter was stolen from the rear of the lot.
- Identity Theft at the 700 block of Ardmore Avenue on Nov. 10 at 1:45 p.m. – Victim reported that someone gained access to her bank account and electronically cashed a $3,987 check.
- Retail Theft at Fine Wine and Good Spirits, 1300 block of West Chester Pike, on Nov. 11 at 8:26 p.m. – An unknown male stole three bottle of Johnnie Walker Black from the shelf and fled.
- Fraud at the 1500 block of Sunny Hill Lane on Nov. 11 at 12:33 p.m. – Victim reported unauthorized charges made with her credit card.
- Robbery at the 200 block of Friendship Road on Nov. 13 at 7:42 p.m. – Victim reported that he was making a food delivery when he was approached by a male holding a long barrel gun. The suspect told the victim to lay on the ground, and he took the victim’s shoes, cell phone, wallet and the food. The suspect fled in the victim's vehicle. Investigation is ongoing.
- Aggravated Assault at West Eagle and Darby Roads on Nov. 13 at 5:51 p.m. – Police responded to Quaker Lane for the report of a disabled vehicle. Upon arrival, they were informed that the vehicle became disabled after they were shot at while traveling on West Eagle Road. No injuries were reported. Investigation is ongoing.
- Theft at Giant, 100 block of West Township Line Road, on Nov. 13 at 12:24 p.m. – Victim reported that someone stole her wallet from her purse while she was shopping.
- Criminal Mischief at the 300 block of Edgehill Drive on Nov. 13 at 8:07 a.m. – Vehicle side view mirror was damaged.
- Criminal Mischief at the 2300 block of E. Darby Road on Nov. 13 at 12:35 p.m. – Vehicle tire was slashed.
- Theft at the 200 block of Brookline Boulevard in September – Unlocked vehicle was entered – a car seat and headphones were stolen.
- Identity Theft at the 2000 block of Belvedere Road on Nov. 14 at 4:03 p.m. – Victim reported that someone used his identity to file for unemployment benefits.
- Theft at Giant, 100 block of West Township Line Road, on Nov. 15 at 9:15 a.m. – Victim reported he left his credit card at self-check out. When he returned, the credit card was missing. Two unauthorized purchases were made with the card.
- Theft at the 700 block of Ardmore Avenue on Nov. 15 at 5:51 p.m. – A package was stolen after it was delivered.
- Theft at the 1300 block of Dermond Avenue on Nov. 15 at 8:35 a.m. – License plate was stolen from a vehicle.
- Fraud at the 100 block of Green Lane on Nov. 15 at 1:38 p.m. – Victim received a text from someone claiming to be his boss. The subject requested $1,500 in eBay gift cards be sent for an upcoming business trip. The victim became aware of the scam after he sent the gift cards.
- Fraud at the 1600 block of Burmont Road on Nov. 15 at 3:46 p.m. – Victim reported $474.08 in unauthorized purchases made with her debit card.
- Vandalism at the 700 block of North Eagle Road on Nov. 15 at 9:05 a.m. – A political sign valued at $250.00 was damaged.
- Disorderly Conduct at Giant, 100 block of West Township Line Road, on Nov. 15 at 6:11 p.m. – 43-year-old male, 100 block of Washington Lane, Philadelphia, was cited for public drunkenness and disorderly conduct.
ARRESTS
- 59-year-old male, unit block of West Langhorne Avenue, Havertown. Charges: Retail theft. Location: Wawa, 1000 block of Darby Road. Date: Nov. 10 at 8:44 a.m.
- 39-year-old male, 1200 block of Thurman Street, Camden, New Jersey. Charges: Retail theft and receiving stolen property. Location: Kohl’s, 200 block of West Chester Pike. Date: Nov. 10 at 12:45 p.m., incident occurred on Sept. 3.
- 19-year-old male, 300 block of Rittenhouse Circle, Havertown. Charges: Simple assault, harassment and criminal mischief. Location: 300 block of Rittenhouse Circle. Date: Nov. 10 at 8:19 a.m.
- 23-year-old female, Homeless. Charges: Warrant. Location: 100 block of North Eagle Road. Date: Nov. 12 at 11:16 p.m.
