HAVERFORD TOWNSHIP, PA — Haverford Township Police issued their weekly crime blotter Wednesday.
Incidents in the blotter occurred between Dec. 7 and Dec. 12.
The blotter also includes arrests made and citations issued.

- Burglary at the 300 block of Brentwood Road on Dec. 7 at 7:51 a.m. – An unknown person entered an unlocked residence and stole a backpack containing a Google Chromebook and house keys.
- Theft at the unit block of S. Eagle Road on Dec. 7 at 3:05 p.m. – A large sum of cash was taken from the safe.
- Forgery at the 500 block of Washington Avenue on Dec. 7 at 5:25 p.m.- A check was altered and cashed after it was mailed.
- Forgery at the 100 block of Marple Road on Dec. 7 at 9:36 a.m. – A check was altered and cashed after it was mailed.
- Fraud at the 600 block of Darby Road on Dec. 8 at 11:25 a.m. – Victim reported that $3,000 was removed from his checking account.
- Fraud at the unit block of Annabella Avenue on Dec. 9 at 3:25 p.m. – Victim received a phone call and was advised that her grandson was in a car accident and needed $15,000. The victim provided the money to an unknown female. The victim then received another call stating her grandson needed an additional $32,600. The bank denied the transaction and advised the victim of the scam.
- Public Drunkenness at the 300 block of Kenmore Road on Dec. 9 at 11:58 p.m. – 31-year-old male, 4400 block of Riverview Lane, Philadelphia, was cited for public drunkenness and disorderly conduct.
- Theft at the 100 block of Park Avenue on Dec. 11 at 8:30 a.m. – Unlocked vehicle was entered – a softball bag containing $200 worth of equipment was stolen.
- Theft at the 100 block of Ormond Avenue on Dec. 12 at 7:30 a.m. – Unlocked vehicle was entered - $20 and loose change was stolen.
- Fraud at the 300 block of David Drive on Dec. 12 at 11:35 a.m. – Victim reported that someone used her debit card to purchase a Christmas tree without her permission or knowledge.
- Identity Theft at the 600 block of Valley Road on Dec. 12 at 3:51 p.m. – Victim reported that someone used his identity to open a Verizon account and purchase an Apple Watch.
- Criminal Mischief at the 100 block of Fairlamb Avenue on Dec. 12 at 10:11 p.m. – Two strands of Christmas lights were cut.

- 39-year-old male, 3800 block of Girard Avenue, Philadelphia. Charges: Retail Theft. Location: Lowe’s, 100 block of W. Township Line Road. Date: Dec. 7 at 11:58 a.m.
- 56-year-old male, unit block of Manoa Road, Havertown. Charges: Simple assault and harassment. Location: unit block of Manoa Road. Date: Dec. 8 at 8:48 p.m.
- 48-year-old male, 100 block of Shore Road, Somers Point, New Jersey. Charges: Possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Location: 1500 block of Sunny Hill Lane. Date: Dec. 8 at 5:33 p.m.
- 41-year-old male, unit block of Rocky Pool Lane, Levittown. Charges: Retail theft. Location: Kohl’s, 200 block of West Chester Pike. Date: Dec. 8 at 6:43 p.m.
- 21-year-old male, unit block of Hastings Avenue, Havertown. Charges: Unregistered vehicle and operate vehicle without ignition interlock. Location: Darby Road and Mill Road. Date: Dec. 10 at 9:58 p.m.
- 32-year-old male, 4800 block of Ocean Avenue, Seabright, New Jersey. Charges: Retail theft, possession of drug paraphernalia and false identification to law enforcement. Location: Kohl’s, 200 block of West Chester Pike. Date: Dec. 11 at 5:46 p.m.
- 28-year-old female, 2800 block of Frankford Avenue, Philadelphia. Charges: Retail theft. Location: Kohl’s, 200 block of West Chester Pike. Date: Dec. 11 at 4:54 p.m.
