Delco Man Sent Woman's Photos To Himself, Charges Filed: Police

CLIFTON HEIGHTS, PA — A Delaware County has been hit with invasion of privacy related charges after authorities said he illegally accessed personal photos and videos of a woman.

Police in Tredyffrin Township said Justin Stewart Wilson, 32, was charged with invasion of privacy, felony unlawful use of a computer, and felony criminal use of a communication facility.

The charges stem from an incident on Sunday.

Police allege Wilson came up to a woman in the township and asked for her phone number.

While he had the victim's phone, police said Wilson sent photos and videos on the victim's phone to himself via text messages without her consent.

Wilson is also facing similar charges in Montgomery County related to a late January incident at the King of Prussia mall, according to police and court records.

Police believe others may have been victimized by Wilson under similar circumstances.

Authorities encourage any person contacted by Wilson under similar circumstances who believe they may be a victim to contact the law enforcement agency serving the area in which the incident occurred or Tredyffrin Police Det. Mike Cermignano at 610-408-3651 or MCermignano@Tredyffrin.org.

Smith is scheduled for a preliminary hearing in Montgomery County on March 20, court documents show.
