Fatal I-76 Hit And Run: Tow Company Aiding Killed Driver's Family
Michael House was working for Havertown's K&S Towing when he was killed in the fatal hit and run on the Schuylkill Expressway Sunday night.

HAVERTOWN, PA – The Havertown towing company who lost an employee in the fatal hit and run on the Schuylkill Expressway Sunday night in Lower Merion Township is raising funds for the late employee's family.
Michael House, 32, of Blue Bell, died after being struck by a vehicle at about 9 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 28 on Interstate 76 in the Lower Merion area while aiding a disabled vehicle.
Philadelphia resident Emmanuel Doxy, 35, was arrested and charged in connection with the fatal incident.

Now, House's employer K&S Towing and Recovery in Havertown is raising funds for his family in their trying time.
"He is married with two beautiful boys," a GoFundMe set up by K&S owner Steve Fusaro says. "Please donate whatever you can to help this family in their time of despair."

The GoFundMe page also says direct donations can be sent to Bryn Mawr Trust Co., 801 W. Lancaster Ave. Bryn Mawr, PA 19010, Attention: Memorial fund for the House children.
The GoFundMe goal is $25,000 and as of Tuesday morning more than $8,600 has been raised.
Police in the area have been urging drivers to pull over when they encounter an emergency situation on the side of the road in a push to avoid any incidents such as the one that killed House.
