HAVERFORD TOWNSHIP, PA — Police in Haverford Township issued their weekly crime blotter recently.
Incidents in the blotter occurred between Feb. 15 and Feb. 21.
The blotter also includes arrests made and citations issued.

- Criminal Mischief at the Skatium, 1000 block of Darby Road, on Feb. 15 at 10:25 a.m. – Smoke damage was discovered on the side of the building.
- Theft at the 900 block of Old Manoa Road on Feb. 16 at 2:19 a.m. – Vehicle was entered – a wallet containing credit cards, identification and a large sum of money was stolen. A 39-year-old white male was arrested.
- Theft at the 900 block of Old Manoa Road on Feb. 16 at 1:55 a.m. – Unlocked vehicle was entered – four packs of cigarettes and loose change was stolen. A 39-year-old white male was arrested.
- Theft at the 700 block of Buck Lane on Feb. 16 at 12:12 p.m. – Vehicle was entered – a purse was stolen. A 39-year-old white male was arrested.
- Attempted Theft at the 900 block of Old Manoa Road on Feb. 16 at 2:10 a.m. – Vehicle was entered – nothing was reported missing.
- Criminal Mischief at the 700 block of Ardmore Avenue on Feb. 16 at 8:35 a.m. – Vehicle tire was slashed.
- Criminal Mischief at the 300 block of Steel Road on Feb. 17 at 11 p.m. – Two unknown actors broke out a rear vehicle window.
- Vandalism at Mill Road and Karakung Drive on Feb. 17 at 2:15 p.m. – Graffiti was reported.
- Motor Vehicle Theft at the unit block of S. Eagle Road on Feb. 18 at 12:53 a.m.
- Forgery at the 500 block of Harrington Road on Feb. 18 at 11:34 a.m. – Victim reported that several of her checks were stolen after they were mailed. None of the checks were cashed or deposited. She was notified by her bank that someone made a fraudulent withdraw for $2,800.
- Fraud at Lowe’s, 100 block of W. Township Line Road, on Feb. 19 at 2 p.m. – Two unidentified males purchases over $3000 worth of gift cards with a fraudulent credit card.
- Theft at the unit block of W. Manoa Road on Feb. 20 at 7:30 a.m. – Large amount of power tools were stolen from a truck.
- Identity Theft at the 1200 block of Garfield Avenue on Feb. 20 at 6:10 p.m. – Victim reported that someone used her identity to open credit card accounts.
- Theft at Acme, 600 block of Lancaster Avenue, on Feb. 21 at 2:30 p.m. – Vehicle was entered – oxygen tank was moving.
- Fraud at the 2700 block of E. County Line Road on Feb. 21 at 10:08 a.m. – Victim reported that someone hacked into her cell phone and gained access to her bank account.
- Identity Theft at the 700 block of Merion Avenue on Feb. 21 at 5:31 p.m. – Victim reported that someone used her identity to apply for a student loan.
ARRESTS
- 39-year-old male, unit block of Hinckley Avenue, Ridley Park. Charges: Burglary, theft from a motor vehicle, access device fraud, identity theft, receiving stolen property, loitering and prowling at night, false identification to law enforcement and possession of drug paraphernalia. Location: 500 block of Kathmere Road. Date: Feb. 16 at 11 a.m., incident occurred on Feb. 11.
- 29-year-old male, 8000 block of Lester Avenue, Greenwood Delaware. Charges: Retail theft, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Location: Kohl’s, 200 block of West Chester Pike. Date: Feb. 19 at 6:21 p.m.
- 28-year-old male, 500 block of E. Clarkson Avenue, Philadelphia. Charges: Possession of a firearm without a license, receiving stolen property, resisting arrest, suspended driver’s license, unauthorized use of motor vehicle, possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia. Location: 100 block of Sycamore Road. Date: Feb. 19 at 1:15 a.m.
