HAVERFORD TOWNSHIP, PA — The most recent Haverford Township crime blotter is out, and we have the details below.

INCIDENTS:

  • Bicycle Theft in the 1500 block of Brierwood Road on Jan. 22 at 6:25 p.m.
  • Retail Theft at Giant, 100 block of W. Township Line Road, on Jan. 22 at 10:32 a.m. – merchandise was taken from the above location.
  • Retail Theft at Giant, 100 block of W. Township Line Road, on Jan. 22 at 10:35 a.m. – alcoholic beverages were taken from the above location.
  • Fraud in the unit block of Braeburn Road on Jan. 22 at 9:26 p.m. – a Verizon wireless account was opened in the victim’s name.
  • Theft in the 400 Sagamore Road on Jan. 23 at 2:35 p.m. – three packages were taken off of the victim’s porch.
  • Theft from Brandywine Assisted Living, 700 block of Old Buck Lane, on Jan. 24 at 3:47 p.m. – jewelry and cash were missing from the victim’s room.
  • Theft in the 2900 block of Haverford Road on Jan. 24 at 1:54 p.m. – a brass address sign was taken off the victim’s property.
  • Fraud in the 3000 block of Hermosa Lane on Jan. 24 at 4:50 p.m. – victim was scammed out of money purchasing memorabilia.
  • Liquor Laws in the 2400 block of Linden Drive on Jan. 25 at 10:16 p.m. – a large number of juveniles were cited for underage drinking.
  • Attempted Theft from Vehicle in the 100 block of Gilmore Road on Jan. 26 at 10:33 a.m. – vehicle was entered; nothing missing.
  • Attempted Theft from Vehicle in the 200 block of Walnut Place on Jan. 26 at 12:43 p.m. – vehicle was entered; nothing missing.
  • Fraud in the 100 block of Warrior Road on Jan. 26 at 9:51 a.m. – an unknown person opened a sprint account in the victim’s name.
  • Vandalism in the 200 block of Oxford Road on Jan. 26 at 12:17 p.m. – an unknown person threw a blue liquid at her house.
  • Vandalism in the unit block of Tenby Road on Jan. 26 at 3:56 p.m. – three windows were broken on the victim’s garage.
  • Retail Theft at Lowe’s, 100 block of W. Township Line Road, on Jan. 27 at 10:35 a.m. – an unknown male stole a water heater.
  • Bicycle Theft at Haverford Middle School, 1700 block of Darby Road, on Jan. 27 at 10:55 a.m.
  • Forgery at Giant, 100 block of W. Township Line Road, on Jan. 27 at 12:23 p.m. – an unknown female attempted to fill counterfeit prescriptions.
  • Criminal Mischief to Automobiles at Giant, 100 block of W. Township Line Road, on Jan. 27 at 3:34 p.m. – victim states that her tire was slashed; investigation is ongoing.
  • Public Drunkenness in the 900 block of Darby Road on Jan. 27 at 6:52 p.m. – a 50-year-old male 900 block of Darby Road, Havertown was cited.
  • Vandalism in Manoa Municipal Lot, 1000 block of West Chester Pike, on Jan. 28 at 9:13 a.m. – a meter pole was damaged.
  • Motor Vehicle Theft at U-Haul, unit block of E. Township Line Road, on Jan. 28 at 12:06 p.m. – vehicle was not returned.

  • 49-year-old female, 100 block of Quiet Road, Sicklerville, New Jersey. Charges: Retail Theft and Possession of Controlled Substance. Location: Kohl’s, 200 block of West Chester Pike. Date: Jan. 24 at 8:08 p.m.
  • 57-year-old male, 600 block of North Creighton Street, Philadelphia. Charges: Theft by Deception and Retail Theft. Location: Lowe’s, 100 block of West Township Line Road. Date: Jan. 25 at 2:23 p.m.
