Haverford Crime Blotter: Fraud, Theft, Vandalism, More

HAVERFORD TOWNSHIP, PA — Police in Haverford Township released their weekly crime blotter Wednesday.

Incidents in the blotter occurred between Dec. 23 and Dec. 29.

The blotter also includes arrests made and citations issued.

INCIDENTS:

• Fraud at the 100 block of Ellis Road on Dec. 23 at 12:20 p.m. – Victim reported multiple unauthorized charges made with his debit card.
• Vandalism at the 1300 block of Dermond Road on Dec. 23 at 4:35 p.m. – Christmas lights were damaged.
• Bicycle Theft at McDonalds, 1200 block of West Chester Pike, on Dec. 27 at 8:21 p.m.
• Retail Theft at Giant, 100 block of West Township Line Road, on Dec. 27 at 2:36 p.m. – An employee reported that an unknown male stole two boxes of diapers and fled the store.
• Vandalism at Ardmore Toyota Storage Lot, 2800 block of County Line Road, on Dec. 28 at 4:25 p.m. – Unknown juveniles were observed throwing rocks at the vehicles causing damage to one vehicle.
• Theft at the 200 block of Farwood Road on Dec. 29 at 2053 hours – Victim reported that a package containing paper towels was stolen from the front of her residence.
• Attempted Theft at the Sunoco, 400 block of E. Township Line Road, on Dec. 29 at 1:37 p.m. – Store manager reported that the Skill machine was vandalized and money was possibly taken from the machine.

ARRESTS:

• 23-year-old female, 300 block of Oxford Road, Havertown. Charges: DUI and careless driving. Location: West Chester Pike and Manoa Road. Date: Dec. 27 at 11:07 a.m.
• 28-year-old male, 500 block of Spruce Avenue, Upper Darby. Charges: Theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and disorderly conduct. Location: McDonald’s,1200 block of West Chester Pike. Date: Dec. 27 at 8:21 p.m.
• 29-year-old male, 200 block of Berbro Avenue, Upper Darby. Charges: DUI and careless driving. Location: 1100 block of West Chester Pike. Date: Dec. 29 at 11:12 p.m.
