HAVERFORD TOWNSHIP, PA — Police in Haverford Township released their weekly crime blotter Wednesday.
Incidents in the blotter occurred between Aug. 27 and Sept. 1.
The blotter also features recent arrests and citations issued.

- Theft at the 700 block of Walnut Place on Aug. 27 at 9:36 a.m. – Catalytic converter was stolen from a vehicle.
- Theft at Havertown Collision LLC, 1300 block of Lawrence Road, on Aug. 27 at 7:03 a.m. – License plate was stolen from a vehicle.
- Fraud at the 800 block of Naylors Run Road on Aug. 27 at 7:35 p.m. – Victim received an email from a person claiming to be from Apple requesting her social security number. He gave them her information before recognizing the scam.
- Theft at the Quadrangle, 3300 block of Darby Road, on Aug. 28 at 11:45 a.m. – Victim reported that three unauthorized transactions were made from her checking account and jewelry, pocketbook and clothing missing.
- Vandalism at the 700 block of North Eagle Road on Aug. 28 at 10:14 a.m. – Political sign was vandalized.
- Theft at the 200 block of Marple Road on Aug. 29 at 2:57 p.m. – iPhone was stolen from an unlocked vehicle.
- Theft at the 1400 block of Johnson Road on Aug. 29 at 3:08 p.m. – Victim reported that he received a package that was supposed to contain a keyboard. The box was empty when he opened it.
- Theft at Karakung Field, 1600 block of Karakung Road, on Aug. 29 at 12:16 p.m. – American flag was stolen.
- Fraud at the 600 block of Wynnewood Road on Aug. 29 at 1:32 p.m. – An unknown person gained access to the victim’s PayPal account. Five unauthorized purchases were made.
- Theft at Applebees, 1300 block of West Chester Pike, on Aug. 30 at 1:15 p.m. – An employee left without cashing out. Total loss is $328.30.
- Vandalism at the 200 block of Lincoln Avenue on Aug. 30 at 3:50 p.m. – Storm door was shattered.
- Identity Theft at the unit block of East Marthart Avenue on Aug. 31 at 9:02 a.m. – Victim reported that someone used his identity to open a utility account.
- Criminal Mischief at the unit block of Shelbourne Road on Aug. 31 at 7:02 a.m. – Nail polish was smeared on vehicle hood and windshield.
- Identity Theft at the 100 block of East Turnbull Avenue on Sept. 1 at 11:49 a.m. – Victim reported that someone used her identity to open a credit card account.
ARRESTS:
- 35-year-old male, 1300 block of Locust Street, Philadelphia. Charges: Possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to stop at red signal. Location: 1500 block of Brierwood Road. Date: Aug. 30 at 2:29 a.m.
- 35-year-old male, 1200 block of Shelton Avenue, Philadelphia. Charges: Receiving stolen property and firearms not to be carried without a license. Location: unit block of Brookline Boulevard. Date: Aug. 31 at 10:47 a.m.
