Incidents in the blotter occurred between Sept. 2 and Sept. 7.

- Theft at the 100 block of Shelbourne Road on Sept. 2 at 12:44 p.m. – Political sign was stolen.
- Fraud at the 100 block of Friendship Road on Sept. 2 at 2:39 p.m. – Victim reported that an unknown person attempted to change the address for Social Security and set up an online account.
- Fraud at the unit block of West Langhorne Avenue on Sept. 2 at 6:56 p.m. – The victim received a call from a person claiming to be from Identity Theft Victim Assistance. He advised her that her social security number had been compromised, and she needed to withdraw the money from her bank account and purchase Target gift cards.
- Theft at the 2300 block of Avon Road on Sept. 3 at 7:26 a.m. – A Foreman with Utility Line Services reported a compressor valued at $19,000 was stolen from a trailer.
- Fraud at the 100 block of Campbell Avenue on Sept. 3 at 3:31 p.m. – Victim reported three unauthorized purchases made with his Cash App.
- Criminal Mischief at the 2800 block of Haverford Road on Sept. 3 at 12:54 p.m. – A vehicle was damaged while legally parked in a driveway.
- Criminal Mischief at the unit block of Upland Road on Sept. 5 at 5:55 p.m. – Victim reported gauge marks to his driver’s side window and broken side view mirrors.
- Vandalism at the unit block of Rodman Avenue on Sept. 6 at 11:54 a.m. – Vehicle window was shattered.
- Public Drunkenness at the 2600 block of County Line Road on Sept. 6 at 8:12 p.m. – 43-Year-old male, 2600 block of County Line Road, was cited for public drunkenness.
- Simple Assault at West Chester Pike and Pinzon Avenue on Sept. 7 at 2:45 p.m. – The victim reported that he had a traffic dispute with an unknown male. The suspect stuck the victim in his face through his open window. Investigation is ongoing.
- Fraud at Smoothie King, 1200 block of West Chester Pike, on Sept. 7 at 6:06 p.m. – An employee received a call from an unknown male claiming to be from the corporate office. The caller instructed the employee to remove all monetary funds from the business and purchase gift cards at Acme. An employee at Acme recognized the scam and reported it to police.
- Criminal Mischief at the 400 block of Washington Avenue on Sept. 7 at 1:03 p.m. – Vehicle was scratched and side view mirror damaged.
- Criminal Mischief at the 400 block of Lincoln Avenue on Sept. 7 at 1:33 p.m. – Side view mirror was damaged.
Arrests:
- 46-year-old male, 1000 block of Kingsman Road, Upper Chichester. Charges: DUI and careless driving. Location: 4000 block of Darby Road. Date: Sept. 5 at 4:22 a.m.
