The latest blotter features incidents that occurred between July 1 and July 6.

  • Identity Theft at the 1600 block of Winton Avenue on July 1 at 10:53 a.m. – Victim reported that someone used her identity to file for unemployment benefits.
  • Theft at the 200 block of Ellis Road on July 2 at 1 p.m. – Victim reported that someone claimed her as a dependent in order to collect her stimulus check.
  • Fraud at Wooden Indian Tobacco Shop, unit block of South Eagle Road, on July 2 at 1:20 p.m. – Victim reported that someone fraudulently cashed a check.
  • Fraud at the 2700 block of Darby Road on July 2 at 8:07 p.m. – Victim reported that someone used her identity to file for unemployment benefits.
  • Criminal Mischief at the 100 block of Walnut Hill Lane on July 2 at 9:15 a.m. – Fence was damaged.
  • Criminal Mischief at the 700 block of N. Eagle Road on July 2 at 11:05 p.m. – Political sign was vandalized.
  • Public Drunkenness at the unit block of Raymond Drive on July 2 at 1:25 a.m. – 21-year-old male, 100 block of Glentay Avenue, Lansdowne was cited for public drunkenness.
  • Theft at the 2400 block of County Line Road on July 3 at 3:24 p.m. – A trailer containing over $19,000 worth of car parts was stolen.
  • Public Drunkenness at the unit block of West Eagle Road on July 3 at 6:14 a.m. – 58-year-old male, unit block of W. Eagle Road was cited for public drunkenness.
  • Theft at the unit block of Rodmor Road on July 6 at 9:25 a.m. - $5,300 and costume jewelry was stolen from the residence.
  • Vandalism at the 1400 block of Burmont Road on July 6 at 8:59 a.m. – Victim reported damage to his front porch ceiling, possibly from fireworks.

ARRESTS:

  • 59-year-old male, 400 block of North 64th Street, Philadelphia. Charges: Retail theft, possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia. Location: Lowe’s, 100 block of West Township Line Road. Date: July 7 at 6:22 p.m.
