HAVERFORD TOWNSHIP, PA — Police in Haverford Township released their crime blotter recently.
The newest blotter features incidents that occurred between July 22 and Aug. 4.
Arrests made and citations issues are also included in the blotter.

- Fraud at the unit block of East Langhorne Avenue on July 22 at 12:34 p.m. – Victim received numerous notifications that purchases were made through his Amazon account and were to be delivered to his residence. He was able to cancel the order.
- Vandalism at the unit block of Harvard Road on July 22 at 9:33 a.m. – Window was broken on an enclosed porch.
- Retail Theft at Acme, 1300 block of West Chester Pike, on July 23 at 5:28 p.m. – Two unknown females stole cosmetics and produce and fled the store.
- Identity Theft at the 2100 block of Bellemead Avenue on July 24 at 3:22 p.m. – Victim reported that someone used her identity to file for unemployment benefits.
- Theft at the unit block of Treaty Road on July 25 at 1:43 p.m. – Victim reported that on three separate occasions the valve stem covers were removed from her tires.
- Criminal Mischief at the 1200 block of Garfield Avenue on July 26 at 8 p.m. – Vehicle was keyed and tires were slashed.
- Retail Theft at Lowe’s, 100 block of West Township Line Road, on July 27 at 12:18 p.m. – Two unknown males stole two bathroom vanities and fled the store.
- Fraud at the Eagle Court Apartments, 1200 block of West Chester Pike, on July 29 at 6:18 p.m. – Victim received a phone call from someone claiming to be from the Social Security Office. The victim provided the caller with his social security number before realizing it was a scam.
- Theft at Wawa, unit block of E. Eagle Road, on July 30 at 7:07 p.m. – Unlocked vehicle was entered, iPhone was stolen.
- Theft at McSorley’s Ale House, 2300 block of Haverford Road, on July 30 at 5:46 p.m. – Six decorative planters were stolen.
- Identity Theft at the 500 block of Strathmore Road on July 30 at 1:35 p.m. – Victim reported that someone used her identity to file for unemployment benefits.
- Theft at the 400 block of West Chester Pike on July 31 at 8:05 a.m. – Forced entry was made into a vehicle - $2,795 worth of power tools were stolen.
- Identity Theft at the unit block of Braeburn Road on July 31 at 2:35 p.m. – Victim reported that someone used his identity to open a credit card account.
- Identity Theft at the 1600 block of Winton Avenue on Aug. 1 at 6:50 p.m. – Victim reported that someone used his identity to file for unemployment benefits.
- Vandalism at Haverford High School, 200 block of Mill Road, on Aug. 3 at 8:21 a.m. – graffiti was reported on the tennis court.
- Vandalism at the 3000 block of Darby Road on Aug. 4 at 10:56 p.m. – Victim reported that someone threw a watermelon at his door.

- 42-year-old male, unit block of Suburban Lane, Upper Darby. Charges: Retail Theft. Location: Lowe’s, 100 block of West Township Line Road. Date: July 27 at 12:18 p.m.
- 63-year-old male, 2300 block of Belvedere Avenue, Havertown. Charges: Simple assault and harassment. Location: 2300 block of Belvedere Avenue. Date: Aug. 1 at 12:36 a.m.
- 29-year-old male, 100 block of Pusey Avenue, Collingdale. Charges: Retail Theft. Location: Lowe’s, 100 block of West Township Line Road. Date: Aug. 4 at 3:34 p.m.
- 28-year-old male, 500 block of Simpson Street, Philadelphia. Charges: DUI, possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia. Location: West Chester Pike and Robinson Avenue. Date: Aug. 4 at 12:46 a.m.
