HAVERFORD TOWNSHIP, PA — Police in Haverford Township issued their weekly crime blotter Wednesday.

Incidents in the blotter occurred between Dec. 2 and Dec. 8

The blotter also includes citations issued during that time.

  • Theft at Acme, 1300 block of West Chester Pike, on Dec. 2 at 6:50 p.m. – Victim reported that someone stole her wallet while she was shopping. The victim received an alert that someone attempted to make a $431 purchase at Rite Aid.
  • Theft at the Quarry Center, 100 block of West Township Line Road, on Dec. 2 at 8:55 a.m. – Victim reported that she dropped her purse while shopping. The purse was recovered but a Coach wristlet containing $340 and various credit cards was missing. An unauthorized purchase was made at Lowe’s with one of the credit cards.
  • Motor Vehicle Theft at the 400 block of Septa Line on Dec. 2 at 6:01 p.m.
  • Retail Theft at Giant, 100 block of West Township Line Road, on Dec. 4 at 7:25 p.m. – 29-year-old male, 200 block of Cedar Lane, Upper Darby was cited for the retail theft of $147.55 worth of merchandise.
  • Retail Theft at Giant, 100 block of West Township Line Road, on Dec. 4 at 10 p.m. – An unknown male stole three Sonicare toothbrushes and fled the store.
  • Fraud at the 1600 block of Robinson Avenue on Dec. 4 at 5:35 p.m. – An unauthorized purchase was made with the victim’s credit card.
  • Public Drunkenness at Tip O’Leary’s, 300 block of West Chester Pike, on Dec. 6 at 1:27 a.m. - 45-year-old male, 2000 block of Aikens Street, Philadelphia was cited for public drunkenness and disorderly conduct.
  • Identity Theft at the unit block of Taylor Circle on Dec. 8 at 3:40 p.m. – Victim reported that someone filed for COVID-19 Relief using his identity.
