HAVERFORD TOWNSHIP, PA — Haverford Township Police released their weekly crime blotter Wednesday.

The blotter includes incidents of burglary, fraud, vandalism, theft, and more.

It also contains arrests made and citations issued.

  • Criminal Mischief at the 100 block of Friendship Road on May 15 at 9:21 a.m. – Victim reported that her vehicle window was smashed out, the driver side window was scratched and there were multiple scratch marks on the body of her vehicle.
  • Criminal Mischief at the unit block of Langhorne Avenue on May 15 at 5:54 p.m. – Glass window to the back door of the residence was shattered.
  • Retail Theft at Kohl’s, 200 block of West Chester Pike, on May 16 at 10:06 p.m. – A male stole Nike apparel and fled the store.
  • Theft at Haverford High School, 200 block of Mill Road, on May 16 at 5:08 p.m. – Air pods were stolen from the locker room.
  • Fraud at the 300 block of Greenbriar Road on May 17 at 9:49 a.m. – Victim reported that an unknown person gained access to her Amazon account and made a purchase.
  • Fraud at the 2200 block of Olcott Avenue on May 17 at 7:34 p.m. – Victim reported she received an email from someone claiming to be a colleague. They requested that she buy Google play gift cards. She provided them with two gift cards totaling $1,000 before realizing it was a scam.
  • Public Drunkenness at Hathaway Lane and Merwood Road on May 17 at 8:34 p.m. – 33-year-old male, 2300 block of Darby Road, was cited for public drunkenness and disorderly conduct.
  • Vandalism at the unit block of East Mercer Avenue on May 18 at 12:39 p.m. – Vehicle window was smashed.
  • Burglary at the 2700 block of Belmont Avenue on May 19 at 12:59 p.m. – Entry was gained through an unsecured door. Cuff links were stolen from the kitchen table.
  • Vandalism at the 200 block of Lenox Road on May 19 at 5:18 p.m. – Pasta sauce was thrown on a vehicle.
  • Public Drunkenness at the Head Nut, 2400 block of Haverford Road, on May 19 at 12:16 a.m. – 39-year-old male was cited for public drunkenness.
  • Disorderly Conduct at the 1000 block of Garfield Avenue on May 19 at 9 p.m. – 22-year-old male was cited for disorderly conduct.
  • Theft at the 800 block of Powdermill Lane on May 20 at 4:25 p.m. – Unlocked vehicle was entered, a purse containing sunglasses, identification, debit card, credit card and $60 was stolen. One unauthorized purchase was made with the credit card.
  • Bicycle Theft at Haverford College, 300 block of Lancaster Avenue, on May 20 at 6:20 p.m.
  • Theft at the 1700 block of Powdermill Lane on May 20 at 8:10 a.m. – Unlocked vehicle was entered, a purse containing driver’s license, credit cards, gift cards and $5 was stolen.
  • Theft at the 100 block of Turnbull Avenue on May 20 at 4:49 p.m. – Unlocked vehicle was entered, $10 was stolen.
  • Theft at the 100 block of Turnbull Avenue on May 20 at 6:02 p.m. – Unlocked vehicle was entered, a socket set and loose change was stolen.
  • Theft at Havertown Collision, 1300 block of Lawrence Road, on May 20 at 9:10 p.m. – Registration plate was stolen.
  • Vandalism at the 3000 block of Robin Lane on May 20 at 1:03 p.m. – Residence was egged.
  • Retail Theft at Kohl’s, 200 block of West Chester Pike, on May 21 at 1:26 p.m. – Three unknown actors stole $5,490.00 worth of merchandise and fled the store.
  • Identity Theft at the unit block of Brennan Drive on May 21 at 10:50 a.m. – Victim received an email claiming to be from Apple Care. She provided them with her debit card information and a copy of her driver’s license. A short time later she was notified of suspicious activity on her account.

ARRESTS:

  • 42-year-old male, 200 block of Strathmore Road, Havertown. Charges: Simple assault, recklessly endangering another person, strangulation and aggravated assault. Location: 200 block of Strathmore Road. Date: May 10 at 4:02 p.m.
  • 19-year-old male, 800 block of Whitby Avenue, Yeadon. Charges: DUI and failure to stop at red signal. Location: West Chester Pike and Eagle Road. Date: May 14 at 9:21 p.m.
  • 35-year-old female, unit block of Glendale Road, Havertown. Charges: DUI, suspended driver’s license, possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia. Location: Manoa Shopping Center, 1300 block of West Chester Pike. Date: May 17 at 7:19 a.m.
  • 30-year-old male, 200 block of Central Avenue, Croydon. Charges: DUI, possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia Location: Sunoco Gas Station, 400 block of E. Township Line Road. Date: May 17 at 8:21 p.m.
  • 26-year-old female, 1900 block of Veterans Highway, Levittown. Charges: Public drunkenness, possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia. Location: Sunoco Gas Station, 400 block of E. Township Line Road. Date: May 17 at 8:21 p.m.
  • 22-year-old male, Homeless. Charges: Warrant. Location: 1900 block of West Chester Pike. Date: May 18 at 10:22 p.m.
  • 49-year-old female, 100 block of Woodlawn Avenue, Upper Darby. Charges: Aggravated assault, simple assault, disorderly conduct and harassment. Location: 500 block of West Chester Pike. Date: May 18 at 7:37 p.m.
  • 30-year-old male, 5700 block of Market Street, Philadelphia. Charges: Retail theft. Location: Kohl’s, 200 block of West Chester Pike. Date: May 20 at 2:35 p.m.
