HAVERFORD TOWNSHIP, PA – The most recent Haverford Township Police blotter is out.

The new blotter covers incidents that occurred between Oct. 17 and Oct. 23 in the township.

Police handled numerous theft cases, fraud, criminal mischief, and more.

INCIDENTS:

  • Theft at the 100 block of W. Westwood Park Drive on Oct. 17 at 9:22 a.m. – Unlocked vehicle was entered, two credit cards were stolen. Victim reported an unauthorized purchase made with the card.
  • Attempted Theft at the 100 block of Stockton Road on Oct. 17 at 9 a.m. Two unlocked vehicles were entered, nothing was reported missing.
  • Fraud at the 400 block of Hastings Avenue on Oct. 17 at 12:10 p.m. – Victim reported that her debit card is missing from her residence. An unknown amount of money has been withdrawn from the account.
  • Retail Theft at Kohl’s, 200 block of West Chester Pike, on Oct. 18 at 12:47 p.m. – A black male stole $328 worth of merchandise and fled the store.
  • Fraud at TD Bank, 100 block of W. Eagle Road, on Oct. 18 at 3:46 p.m. – The bank teller reported that two white females were attempting to cash a check from a stolen account. Police responded and located the suspects. A white female, 29, and a white female, 36, were arrested.
  • Criminal Mischief at the 2000 block of West Chester Pike on Oct. 18 at 5:46 p.m. – Victim reported a road rage incident. A white male in a red vehicle cursed at her and punched her vehicle and then drove off. The victim was able to provide a license plate and police located the suspect. A white male, 46, 200 block of Garfield Road, King of Prussia was cited for criminal mischief.
  • Theft at Waterford Apartments, 1900 block of Lawrence Road, on Oct. 19 at 3:17 p.m. – Approximately $1,000 worth of tools were stolen from the bed of a pick-up truck.
  • Theft at the Sunoco, 1300 block of West Chester Pike, on Oct. 19 at 12:28 p.m. – The manager reported that a former employee failed to return two sets of keys and $200.
  • Criminal Mischief at the unit block of Dartmouth Lane on Oct. 19 at 8:31 a.m. – Victim reported an ongoing issue with finding waste items in her driveway and on her gate pillars.
  • Bicycle Theft at the 100 block of Ellis Road on Oct. 20 at 4:14 p.m.
  • Theft at Lowe’s, 100 block of W. Township Line Road, on Oct. 20 at 1:30 p.m. - Vehicle registration plate was stolen.
  • Public Drunkenness at Oakmont Pub, unit block of E. Eagle Road, on Oct. 20 at 10:08 p.m. – A white male, 38, 2100 block of Darby Road, was cited for public drunkenness.
  • Criminal Mischief at the 1300 block of Dermond Road on Oct. 21 at 10:56 a.m. – Vehicle was egged.
  • Theft at the 400 block of Heatherwood Road on Oct. 22 at 11:06 a.m. – Victim reported that trash was thrown on his lawn and political signs were stolen.
  • Attempted Retail Theft at Kohl’s, 200 block of West Chester Pike, on Oct. 22 at 6:19 p.m. – Two juvenile black males stole $50 worth of merchandise. They were confronted by a loss prevention officer outside the store and returned the merchandise and fled.
  • Bicycle Theft at the unit block of Ralston Avenue on Oct. 23 at 4:08 p.m.

ARRESTS:

  • A white female, 81, 700 block of Darby Paoli Road, Newtown Square. Charges: DUI. Location: 2400 block of Darby Road. Date: Oct. 19 at 4:40 p.m.
  • A white male, 35, unit block of N. Belfield Avenue, Havertown. Charges: DUI and suspended driver’s license. Location: Ellston Road and Peach Lane Date: Oct. 19 at 1:46 p.m.
  • A white female, 17 was petitioned to juvenile court. Charges: Possession of drug paraphernalia. Location: Haverford and Polo Roads. Date: Oct. 21 at 6 a.m.
