HAVERFORD TOWNSHIP, PA – The latest Haverford Township Police blotter is out and it covers incidents in the township between Nov. 21 and Nov. 27.

Incidents include teens caught drinking, identity theft, fraud, criminal mischief, and more.

The blotter also includes citations issued and arrests made in that time frame.

INCIDENTS:

  • Theft at the 300 block of Steel Road on Nov. 21 at 10:29 a.m. – Unlocked vehicle was entered, a watch, Bluetooth speaker and an iPhone was stolen.
  • Theft at the 200 block of Belfield Avenue on Nov. 21 at 1:06 p.m. – Two checks were fraudulent cashed. Total loss was $7,344.40.
  • Theft at the 400 block of Olympic Avenue on Nov. 21 at 1:11 p.m. – Unlocked vehicle was entered, loose change and cigarettes were stolen.
  • Attempted Theft at the 400 block of Olympic Avenue on Nov. 21 at 1:30 a.m. – Victim observed a black male enter his unlocked vehicle. The suspect fled when he was approached.
  • Identity Theft at the unit block of Barbara Lane on Nov. 21 at 9:11 a.m. – Victim reported that an unknown person used his identity to open a credit card account.
  • Criminal Mischief at the 1400 block of Lawrence Road on Nov. 22 at 8:02 a.m. – Vehicle passenger side mirror was damaged.
  • Theft at 7-Eleven, 2600 block of Haverford Road, on Nov. 23 at 2:56 p.m. – Two backpack blowers were stolen from a trailer.
  • Liquor Law Violation at Veterans Field, unit block of W. Manoa Road, on Nov. 23 at 8:09 p.m. – White female, 15, was cited for underage drinking.
  • Liquor Law Violation at Veterans Field, unit block of W. Manoa Road, on Nov. 23 at 10:06 p.m. – White male, 16, and a white female, 14, were cited for underage drinking.
  • Retail Theft at Acme, 600 block of W. Lancaster Avenue, on Nov. 25 at 1:04 p.m. – A white male attempted to steal $279.92 worth of merchandise.
  • Theft at Haverford College, 300 block of Lancaster Avenue, on Nov. 26 at 12:52 p.m. – A backpack containing a laptop, debit card, driver’s license, $60, gift cards, insurance card, passport and iPhone charger was stolen from a lab on campus.
  • Theft at the 800 block of Merion Avenue on Nov. 26 at 10:15 a.m. – A construction vehicle reported that a generator was stolen from a locked trailer.
  • Criminal Mischief at the unit block of Whitemarsh Road on Nov. 26 at 10:08 a.m. – Victim reported damage to a basement window.
  • Fraud at the unit block of Brennan Drive on Nov. 27 at 4:43 p.m. – Victim reported an unauthorized withdraw from his checking account.
  • Identity Theft at the 200 block of Oxford Road on Nov. 27 at 5:25 p.m. – An unknown person applied for a loan at a credit union using the victim’s identity.

ARRESTS:

  • White male, 18, unit block of Hastings Avenue, Havertown. Charges: Possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Location: Haverford High School, 200 block of Mill Road. Date: Nov. 21 at 2:30 p.m.
  • White male, 55, 1000 block of Lancaster Avenue, Bryn Mawr. Charges: DUI and speeding. Location: Earlington and Devon Roads. Date: Nov. 27 at 8:55 a.m.
  • White female, 15 was petitioned to juvenile court. Charges: Possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Location: Haverford High School, 200 block of Mill Road. Date: Nov. 26 at 11:53 a.m.
