The blotter covers incidents that occurred between Jan. 2 and Jan. 8.
Police handled three identity theft cases, simple assault, four fraud cases, vandalism, and more.

INCIDENTS:
- Bicycle Theft at the 800 block of N. Eagle Road on Jan. 2 at 8:09 a.m.
- Theft at the 700 block of Millbrook Lane on Jan. 2 at 9:52 a.m. – Large amount of jewelry is missing from the above residence. Investigation is ongoing.
- Theft at Direct Paint and Collision, 1000 block of N. Eagle Road, on Jan. 2 at 1:55 p.m. – A registration plate is missing.
- Identity Theft at the 700 block of Buck Lane on Jan. 2 at 10:30 a.m. – An unknown actor opened an account using the victim’s identity.
- Identity Theft at the 2400 block of Rosewood Lane on Jan. 2 at 1 p.m. – An unknown actor opened an account using the victim’s identity.
- Theft at the 400 block of Llanarch Avenue on Jan. 3 at 4:43 p.m. – A trumpet is missing from the above residence.
- Robbery at Town Tap, unit block of W. Benedict Avenue, on Jan. 4 at 11:29 p.m. – Two black males robbed the restaurant at gunpoint and fled on foot. Investigation is ongoing.
- Fraud at TD Bank, 100 block of W. Eagle Road, on Jan. 4 at 12:29 p.m. – Police responded to the above location for an Asian male attempting to cash a fraudulent check.
- Fraud at the 600 block of Haverford Road on Jan. 4 at 1 p.m. – Victim reported that she was the victim of a phone scam.
- Fraud at the 800 block of Garden Avenue on Jan. 4 at 4:22 p.m. – Unauthorized purchase was made using the victim’s credit card.
- Vandalism at the 1100 block of Earlington Road on Jan. 4 at 7:43 a.m. – Feces was smeared on the victim’s vehicle.
- Fraud at the 1000 block of Carroll Road on Jan. 5 at 9:59 a.m. – Unauthorized purchase was made using the victim’s credit card.
- Vandalism at the 100 block of Friendship Road on Jan. 5 at 1:51 p.m. – Victim’s vehicle was pelted with eggs.
- Retail Theft at Kohl’s, 200 block of West Chester Pike, on Jan. 6 at 2:11 p.m. – White male, 40 was arrested and charged with retail theft.
- Disorderly Conduct at the Ivy Inn, unit block of Brookline Boulevard, on Jan. 6 at 2:05 a.m. – White male, 45, 1200 block of Cobbs Street, Drexel Hill was cited was cited with disorderly conduct.
- Simple Assault at the 700 block of Darby Road on Jan. 7 at 1:02 p.m. – Black male, 43, was arrested and charged with simple assault after a domestic altercation.
- Identity Theft at the unit block of Coopertown Road on Jan. 7 at 3:37 p.m. – A bank account was opened using the victim’s identity.

- White male, 30, unit block of W. Hillcrest Avenue, Havertown. Charges: DUI. Location: 1600 block of Lawrence Road. Date: Jan. 6 at 4:42 a.m.
- White male, 40, 100 block of Woodcrest Drive, Lancaster. Charges: Retail Theft. Location: Kohl’s (200 block of West Chester Pike). Date: Jan. 6 at 2:11 p.m.
- White male, 29, unit block of Harvard Avenue, Havertown. Charges: DUI. Location: 1000 block of Darby Road. Date: Jan. 7 at 2:14 a.m.
- Black male, 43, 6400 block of N. 21st Street, Philadelphia. Charges: Simple Assault, Recklessly Endangering Another Person, Harassment. Location: 700 block of Darby Road. Date: Jan. 7 at 1:02 p.m.
- Black female, 33, 1400 block of Allison Street, Philadelphia. Charges: Forgery, bad checks, theft by deception and possession of drug paraphernalia. Location: TD Bank (100 block of W. Eagle Road). Date: Jan. 8 at 11:43 a.m.
