Havertown Bank Robber Identified

Police said the man who robbed Citizens Bank branch inside the Giant was identified as 50-year-old Michael Edmondson, of Philadelphia.

HAVERTOWN, PA — Police in Haverford Township have identified the man who robbed a bank inside a grocery store recently.

Police said the man above is 50-year-old Michael Edmondson, of Philadelphia.

Edmondson is wanted for allegedly robbing the Citizens Bank branch inside the Giant on Township Line Road in Havertown on Feb. 24.

Police said Edmondson is also a suspect in other crimes, with warrants for his arrest in Philadelphia, Bensalem, and Upper Merion.

He also has a criminal history that includes aggravated assault and robberies.
