Pedestrian Killed In Ardmore Crash Tuesday: Haverford Police

A 61-year-old Ardmore man died after being struck by a vehicle Tuesday night in the Ardmore section of Haverford Township, police said.

HAVERFORD TOWNSHIP, PA — A man died following a crash Tuesday night in the Ardmore section of Haverford Township, police said.

According to police, a 61-year-old Ardmore man was struck by a vehicle at about 9:19 p.m. Tuesday on Wynnewood Road.

The victim was crossing Wynnewood Road when he was struck by a vehicle, police said.

The driver got out to help the victim, performing first aid until EMS arrived, according to police.

Police said the victim was taken to Lankenau Medical Center, where he died from his injuries.

The victim's identity has not made immediately available.
