Teen Girl Goes Missing Just Outside Delaware County
Philadelphia Police said Phebe Clark, 14, was last seen the night of Friday, Feb. 1 on just outside of Delaware County.
DELAWARE COUNTY — A 14-year-old girl is missing, and she was last seen just outside of Delaware County in West Philadelphia, according to Philly Police.
Police said Phebe Clark, 14, was last sen at 8 p.m. Friday, Feb. 1 on the 5900 block of Walnut Streets.
Clark is 5 feet 3 inches tall and weighs 122 pounds with a medium build.

She has brown eyes and black wavy hair that is below her shoulder.
Police said Clark was wearing a red hooded jacket and green boots when she was last seen.
