Teens Assaulted In Haverford Township, Police Investigating

Police are looking into incidents that occurred over the weekend in which teens were assaulted in Haverford Township.

HAVERFORD TOWNSHIP, PA — Police in Haverford Township are looking into "unruly juveniles" who were part of fights and assaults over the weekend.

Police said the weekend had multiple "disturbances" involving teens.

According to Fox 29, these disturbances were fights and assaults.

Action News reports one incident occurred between the Skatium and Wawa on Darby Road.

Two victims and several suspects have been identified in connection with the incidents, police said.

Police said they are looking into the incidents and are working with the School District of Haverford Township in connection with the incidents.

"These type of actions by unruly juveniles will not be tolerated," police said. "Increased patrols will be in effect to address these groups of disorderly juveniles."

Police urged parents to talk with their children to know where they are and what they are doing.
