Haverford Township Police arrested a man and a woman for DUI in two separate Labor Day weekend incidents. See the full blotter here.

HAVERFORD TOWNSHIP, PA — Police in Haverford Township issued their weekly crime blotter Wednesday.

Incidents in the blotter occurred between Aug. 31 and Sept. 6.

The blotter also includes arrests made and citations issued.

  • Theft at Rite Aid, 1300 block of West Chester Pike, on Aug. 31 at 3:36 p.m. – Victim reported that her wallet was taken while she shopped His wallet was recovered near the dumpster. $45 was missing.
  • Motor Vehicle Theft at Kohl’s, 200 block of West Chester Pike, on Aug. 31 at 1:10 p.m.
  • Forgery at the 200 block of James Drive on Aug. 31 at 1:48 p.m. – A check was altered and cashed after it was mailed.
  • Identity Theft at the 2900 block of Rising Sun Road on Aug. 31 at 7:10 p.m. – Two unauthorized purchases were made with the victim’s credit card.
  • Identity Theft at the unit block of Decatur Road on Sept. 1 at 5:10 p.m. – Victim reported that someone opened a credit card account using her identity.
  • Theft at the 100 block of Shelbourne Road on Sept. 2 at 11:45 a.m. – Victim reported that someone redirected her husband’s social checks to another bank. Total loss is approximately $60,000.
  • Theft at the 200 block of Mill Road on Sept. 2 at 10:45 p.m. – Victim reported that her cell phone was stolen from the turf. Motor Vehicle Theft at the 1900 block of Robinson Avenue on Sept. 2 at 7:15 a.m.
  • Forgery at the 400 block of Earlington Road on Sept. 2 at 11:30 a.m. – A check was altered and someone attempted to cash it after it was mailed.
  • Retail Theft at Kohl’s, 200 block of West Chester Pike, on Sept. 3 at 9:45 p.m. – $242 worth of merchandise was stolen.
  • Theft at Haverford College, unit block of Hannum Drive, on Sept. 3 at 9:58 p.m. – An electric scooter was stolen.
  • Motor Vehicle Theft at the 200 block of Foster Avenue on Sept. 3 at 7 a.m.
  • Vandalism at the unit block of Hastings Avenue on Sept. 3 at 1:58 p.m. – Lawn sign was damaged.
  • Disorderly Conduct at the 1400 block of Darby Road on Sept. 3 at 10:56 a.m. – 13-year-old male and 14-year-old male were cited for disorderly conduct and a 14-year-old male was cited for underage drinking and disorderly conduct.
  • Theft at the 600 block of Pont Reading Road on Sept. 4 at 10:36 a.m. – A package was stolen after it was delivered.
  • Criminal Mischief at the unit block of Decatur Road on Sept. 4 at 9:07 a.m. – Vehicle side view mirror was ripped off its mounting.
  • Theft at the 400 block of Strathmore Road on Sept. 5 at 2:36 p.m. – Unlocked vehicle was entered – loose change was stolen.
  • Counterfeiting at Giant, 100 block of W. Township Line Road, on Sept. 6 at 1:57 p.m. – An unknown male paid for his merchandise with a counterfeit $100 bill.

ARRESTS

  • 50-year-old male, 2800 block of Mercer Street, Philadelphia. Charges: Retail theft, possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia and warrant. Location: Acme, 1300 block of West Chester Pike. Date: Aug. 31 at 8:57 p.m.
  • 34-year-old male, 1200 block of S. 23rd Street, Philadelphia. Charges: DUI, careless driving and no insurance. Location: Township Line and Park Roads. Date: Sept. 4 at 2:40 a.m.
  • 25-year-old female, 600 block of Loraine Street, Ardmore. Charges: DUI. Location: 200 block of E. Eagle Road. Date: Sept. 5 at 1:48 a.m.
