LANSDALE, PA — Nine North Penn students advanced to the regional level of a chorus festival during an event in Royersford over the weekend.
North Penn's music department participates in the Pennsylvania Music Educators Association (PMEA) District Chorus Festival each year. This year, the event was held at Spring-Ford High School.
At the event, students from across the local District competed to perform at the next Regional level in March. From there, an all-state Chorus Festival and all-national Chorus Festival will be subsequently held.
