Actor Josh Charles To Campaign For Hillary Clinton In Lansdale

The actor will arrive just days after Donald Trump and Mike Pence campaigned in Montgomery County.

LANSDALE, PA -- Actor Josh Charles will be in Lansdale on Friday campaigning for Hillary Clinton just days after Donald Trump and Mike Pence spoke at an event in the county.

Charles, best known for his roles in The Good Wife and Sports Night, will discuss the importance of getting out the vote and will advocate for the Democratic ticket during his appearances.

He will also stop by locations in Philadelphia and Elkins Park.

Charles' visit comes amidst a storm of major celebrities and politicians hitting the campaign trail in all-important Philadelphia area. Celebrities like Natalie Portman, Sara Bareilles, Anne Hathaway, Ted Dansen, and B.D. Wong have all campaigned in the area for Clinton. Meanwhile, Melania Trump was on the Main Line on Thursday, days after both Trump and Pence were in King of Prussia.

Clinton's lead in Pennsylvania has narrowed to three points in recent days, according to an average of polls from RealClearPolitics.
