Bucks Teen Charged in Lansdale Hit-and-Run

By James Boyle A Warminster teenager has been charged with fleeing the scene of an August accident in Lansdale.

Police say that a teenager from Warminster was involved with a hit-and-run crash that occurred in Lansdale in August, according to the thereporteronline.com.

The article says that Martin Kalinowski, 19, of Byron Road in Warminster, faces a third-degree misdemeanor accident involving damage to attended vehicle or property and one summary count of careless driving. The accident happened near the intersection of East Seventh and North Broad streets on Aug. 15.

According to the report, Kalinowski pulled over his silver Nissan after allegedly colliding with the side of a Mitsubishi Eclipse, but drove off after the other driver said he was calling the police. Kalinowski is scheduled to appear before Lansdale District Judge Harold Borek on Nov. 13 for a preliminary hearing.
