Breaking: Crews responded to a fire at a building in Montgomery Township on Friday morning.

MONTGOMERY TOWNSHIP, PA — Crews responded to a fire at a commerical building in Montgomery Township on Friday morning. The blaze was brought under control by around 2:30 p.m.

The incident was first reported at around 10:50 a.m. on Doylestown Pike near Betty's Lane, according to Montgomery County Active Incidents.

Authorities said that the fire was at Maaco Collision Repair and Auto Painting, and that flames were coming from the roof. The fire was described as "heavy" by witnesses.
