Arnold's Way will sponsor Hash House Hammer's Club.

This running club gets together to run three miles, then drink Arnold's Way's Green Smoothies.

Dress comfortably with layers, and wear good running shoes. Meet at Arnold's Way at 9 a.m. Free smoothies to all participants.
