Former President Bill Clinton To Campaign At Montgomery County College Tuesday
As the election nears, the battle for Pennsylvania intensifies. Former President Bill Clinton will be in Montgomery County Tuesday.
Former President Bill Clinton will hit the campaign trail on Tuesday afternoon when he attends a Democratic Party organizing event in Montgomery County.
According to the Hillary Clinton campaign, he will campaign for her and, specifically, discuss the importance of getting out to vote for the rest of the Democratic ticket.
The event is being hosted by Montgomery Community College's central campus at Parkhouse Atrium at 2 p.m. It is expected to last about an hour.

The former president's arrival comes amidst a stream of high-profile politicians and celebrities campaigning for the former secretary of state in the area. Pennsylvania has been described as an important battleground state in the upcoming election. Both Clinton and President Obama were in Philadelphia last month, while celebrities like Ted Danson, Natalie Portman and BD Wong have campaigned locally in recent weeks as well.
In an average of the latest polls, Clinton leads Donald Trump by 5.5 points, according to RealClearPolitics. Polling during the same time frame shows she has a 7-point lead in Pennsylvania.
