The Hatfield Township Police Department is seeking the public's help in finding a wanted man.
Jayquaran K. Hazel, 25, is wanted for theft by deception, retail theft, and access device fraud in the area, police said.
He has a last known address of the 500 block of East 169th Street in the Bronx, New York.
