Lansdale Releases 5 Year Plan For Repaving Projects

LANSDALE, PA — Curious to know what road improvement projects are coming up in the Lansdale area?

The borough has laid out an ambitious five year plan that attempts to map upcoming roadwork and provide estimates for the dates of construction and completion.

Officials caution that the dates are subject to change due to unavoidable factors like weather.

The plan is presented in the form of an ArcGIS map online that color codes certain projects. For example, repair and microsurfacing work is red, full road and utility replacement is sky blue, mill and overlay is green, and other work is purple.

The work is also coded by year, with 2018 projects in light orange.

For the upcoming year, 121 road projects are scheduled.
