School Sports Week in Review

A look back on the wins and losses in North Penn and Lansdale Catholic sports

The North Penn softball team keeps finding different ways to win.

After picking up 6-0 victory over Souderton to start the week, the Maidens went to extra innings before beating Hatboro-Horsham in eight innings, 2-1.

When the Maidens faced Ridley in non-league action on Thursday, it took a suicide squeeze to end a 10-inning marathon.  North Penn took home a 3-2 win as Michelle Rauch laid down the squeeze bunt in the extra frame.
