Woman Dead After Being Hit By Truck In Wawa Parking Lot In Hatfield
Police are investigating the crash and are asking for the public's assistance.
HATFIELD TOWNSHIP, PA — A woman was struck and killed by a truck in the parking lot of a Wawa in Hatfield Township Wednesday afternoon, police said, marking the second major accident involving pedestrians in the local area in the past week.
The latest incident occurred at 2:23 p.m. at the Wawa on 2480 Bethlehem Pike.
A 65-year-old man from Philadelphia was driving his 2021 Ford F-150 when he struck the victim, Kelly Boyd, 56, of Sellersville, police said.

Boyd was taken to Grandview Hospital where she later died.

The incident comes days after a woman pushing a stroller holding an infant and a toddler was struck by a truck in Lansdale.
