Bucks Man Accused Of Killing Father Appearing In Court
Justin Mohn of Levittown faces first-degree murder charges in the death of his father. A court hearing is scheduled for Thursday.

LOWER BUCKS COUNTY, PA —The man accused of killing his father in their Middletown Township home last week is expected to appear in court Thursday.
Justin Mohn, 32, of Levittown faces first-degree murder charges, abuse of a corpse, and possession of an instrument of crime with intent for killing his father, who was found beheaded in the Upper Orchard Drive home. He is being held in Bucks County Prison without bail.
Michael Mohn's body was discovered by his wife Denise last Tuesday night in the bathroom of their Upper Orchard Drive home in the Levittown section of Middletown Township.

Authorities said that Michael Mohn was shot in the head before he was beheaded. Bucks County District Attorney Jennifer Schorn said that Justin Mohn had purchased a gun the day before the crime Tuesday at a Croydon gun shop. She said the gun was purchased legally.
Mohn posted a 14-minute YouTube video in which he ranted about the federal government and showed the decapitated head of his father, 68, an employee with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.

Mohn will have a preliminary hearing at 9 a.m. Thursday before Magisterial District Court Justice Charles D. Jonas in Middletown Township, said Manuel Gamiz Jr., director of communications for the Bucks County District Attorney’s Office.
The Bucks County District Attorney’s Office and Middletown Township Police Department are investigating the case.
At a press conference with law enforcement Friday, Schorn and Middletown Township Police Chief Joseph Bartorilla conveyed their condolences to the family and tight-knit Upper Orchard community.
“Me and my entire police department, our hearts ache for the Mohn family,” Bartorilla said. “We will be with them every step of the way through this incredible ordeal that they are going through. As the whole community mourns and aches over this, our police department will be right there with them.”
“This is truly unimaginable,” Schorn said at a press conference Friday detailing the charges against Mohn.
