Pedestrian Hit Twice, Killed In Bristol

BRISTOL TOWNSHIP, PA — A pedestrian was killed in Bristol Township on Sunday night after being struck by two different vehicles on New Falls Road.

The crash happened at 8:32 p.m. in the 6000 block of New Falls Road, according to Bristol Township Police.

According to police, the pedestrian, whom police are still working to identify, was in the eastbound lane of the road, near Indian Creek Drive, in an area that does not have a pedestrian crossing.

The pedestrian was first hit by a Nissan Altima driven by a 39-year-old woman from Levittown, then by a Ford Fusion driven by a 17-year-old from Bristol, police said.

The victim was declared dead at the scene, Bristol Township Police said. They say they spoke with both drivers and that neither was injured in the collision.
