Readers' Choice: Best Cupcake

Forget about muffins, sheet cakes and pastries, this week we're looking for the best cupcake in the area. We're going to stretch beyond the borders of Lower Moreland for this one.

Paradise Bakery on Bustleton in the Northeast.

There are plenty of other options as well, so feel free to indicate your preference in the comments.
