About Nudy's Cafes
From our humble beginnings in 1979 when Ray opened the first Nudy’s Café in Devon, we have stayed a family-owned, hands-on business. In fact, you’ll probably meet Ray at your favorite Nudy’s Café location, if you haven’t already…he visits each of the cafés daily. That’s why our customers see us as part of their community, not a chain.
“We’ve been lucky,” says Ray. “From those days decades ago when I made hoagies, Nudy’s Café has grown because we’re a place where friends can eat and spend time, not a fortune.”
