A Mild, Melty Monday, But More Snow on the Way

Temperatures will reach into the 60s to start the week, but the cold will be back.

December will start off mild and melty on Monday as warm weather melts away the last of our snow -- but more snow is on the way.

Temperatures will reach into the 60s on Monday, Dec. 1, but will drop into the low 30s after dark. There’s a 70 percent chance of snow and sleet on Tuesday, the National Weather Service said, though “little or no snow and sleet accumulation [is] expected.” Winds of up to 9 mph are expected.

Wednesday and Thursday will again be mild, with highs in the low 50s and high 40s expected, the NWS said.
