Media Attorney Disbarred After 2 Child Porn Convictions: PA Court
Patrick F. Lomax, 45, formerly of Media, was disbarred last week by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, which is retroactive back to April 2023.
MEDIA, PA — A former Media man who worked as a criminal defense attorney was recently disbarred after his conviction on charges related to child pornography.
The Pennsylvania Supreme Court Friday announced Patrick F. Lomax, 45, formerly of Media, was disbarred. His disbarment is retroactive to April 21, 2023.
Lomax — who is incarcerated at SCI Forest in Marienville, Forest County — pleaded guilty to multiple counts of child pornography and related offenses in July 2023.

Authorities said he set up hidden cameras to film underage people having sex.
He was sentenced to 5 to 10 years in July after being found guilty of child pornography, criminal use of a communication facility, invasion of privacy, and related crimes.

Then in October 2023, he was charged with more crimes after workers cleaning out his former office found a shoebox in the ceiling that contained hard drives, CDs, and DVDs that featured pornography.
In that case, Lomax was sentenced to four to eight years in prison, court records show.
