2 Seriously Injured In Solebury Twp Crash, Police Seek Witnesses
The car was driving along Rt 202 when it left the roadway, hit an embankment and went airborne before landing in a residential neighborhood.

SOLEBURY TOWNSHIP, PA — Two people were seriously injured in a crash Tuesday morning in Solebury Township after the car they were in left the roadway and went airborne before landing in a residential area, police said.
Authorities are seeking witnesses to the single-car crash, which occurred at 11:50 a.m. on March 19 off Rt. 202 at Silver Tail Lane.
Authorities with the Solebury Township Police Department said a 2012 Mercedes sedan left the roadway and was found in the rear yard of a house on the 200 block of Bobwhite Road in the Fox Run Preserve neighborhood.

Police said the preliminary investigation revealed that the Mercedes was traveling north on Route 202 and crossed into the southbound lanes before leaving the roadway. Authorities believe the car went into a dirt embankment then become airborne, traveling into the common area of Fox Run Preserve, before hitting a stone patio wall and coming to rest.
The driver, identified only as a 57-year-old man from New Hope, and his passenger — 79-year-old woman from Stockton, N.J. — were both seriously injured and were transported by ambulance to St. Mary Medical Center. Their current conditions were not released.
