Beauty and the Beast Opens Friday at Music Mountain Theatre
Bella DePaola and Ethan Rosen star as Belle and the Beast

Join Belle and the Beast for a new take on this classic story beginning this Saturday at Music Mountain Theatre.
The classic tale of a prince, turned into a Beast by an evil witch, and his love for the beautiful Belle. When Belle is imprisoned by the Beast, will her love be able to transform the creature back into the man he once was?
Starring as Belle and the Beast are Bella DePaola and Ethan Rosen. DePaola, 17, is a junior at Hunterdon Central Regional High School. She has been seen on the MMT Mainstage in Hits of Broadway, Curtains, Oklahoma, and A Christmas Carol. Rosen, 14, is a freshman at Hunterdon Central Regional High School. He was most recently seen at MMT in Hits of Broadway and A Christmas Carol.

MMT Junior Company Members Olivia Frankenbach, McAfee Madding, and Zachary McDevitt also star in supporting roles. Frankenbach, 15, is a sophomore at South Hunterdon Regional High School. She is playing Ruby and her favorite MMT performance was 42nd Street. Madding, 17, is a senior at New Hope Solebury High School. His favorite MMT show is A Christmas Carol. He will be playing the role of Papa for the 2nd time in this production. McDevitt, 14, is a freshman at Lawrence High School. He is playing the role of Gustav and most recently appeared in A Christmas Carol.
The performances on February 23 at both 11am and 1pm will be ASL interpreted as part of MMT’s initiative to make theatre accessible to all. Trained ASL interpreters are paired with trainees and they interpret one full day of children’s theatre performances for each show in the season.

Performances of Beauty and the Beast run February 9 through 23 on Saturdays at 11am and 1pm. Tickets are $8 and are available online at www.musicmountaintheatre.org or by calling the box office at 609-397-3337.
