The New Hope Eagle Fire Company had to assist the Bucks County Coroner’s Office in extracting the man's body from the ice and removing it from the pool.

The 29-year-old was reported missing from his home in Lambertville in mid-December after he did not show up for work. He was last seen Dec. 15, authorities said.

Marcial was an employee at the Lambertville Station Inn. A coworker told NBC10 that when he didn't snow up for work last month, they were concerned Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents had detained him.

He had worked his way up from dishwasher to become one of the popular restaurant's best sauté cooks, the NBC10 report said.
