Fireworks To Brighten The Sky At Rescheduled First Friday In New Hope

The event will take place on Friday, August 11 after the weather forced the postponement of the August 4 activities and fireworks.

NEW HOPE, PA — After the weather forced the postponement of First Friday on August 4, Visit New Hope will try again on Friday, August 11.

Festivities will kick off at 5 p.m. with an unforgettable First Friday evening of fun and music at Lenape Park followed by fireworks over the Delaware River between New Hope and Lambertville beginning at 9:20 p.m.

The evening will include a beer garden, creative works shown by local artists and vendors on Stockton Avenue and music by Matt Borish at the park.

The fireworks display is presented by the Greater New Hope Chamber of Commerce & New Hope Celebrates. The show will fill the night sky with a burst of color, subtly symbolizing the unity and inclusivity that are the cornerstones of the New Hope-Lambertville community.

Attendees are encouraged to arrive early, explore the charming riverfront towns and enjoy the local amenities before the spectacle begins.

Parking will be available at the New Hope-Solebury High School, Union Square, and at Lambertville Station. There is a charge for parking.
