Gov't Workers Go Free To Bucks Co. Children's Museum In Shutdown
The Bucks County Children's Museum has joined the growing number of businesses offering relief for federal workers during the shutdown.

NEW HOPE, PA — The Bucks County Children’s Museum has joined the growing number of businesses offering relief for federal workers during the government shutdown.
The local museum is offering free general admission to parents who are employees impacted by the federal government shutdown and their children. Eligible employees will need to show their government ID at the front desk and are allowed up to two parents and four children free admission during the shutdown.
The 10,000 square foot facility in New Hope’s Union Square provides an interactive, educational, and inclusive environment for children ages 1 to 7.

"Fly over the countryside in a hot air balloon simulator, drive an ambulance in the Doylestown Health Hospital Exhibit, float a boat down the Delaware Canal in Waterways, climb to new heights on the new Climbing Wall exhibit, or pretend to shop in the Weis Market General Store are just a few of the unique exhibits which encourage learning through play," the museum states in the announcement.
Hours are: Tuesday-Friday 10am-4pm, Saturday 10am-5pm, and Sunday noon-5pm. Visit www.buckskids.org for more information.
